Been Moving Lately; Check this band!

Hi Guys!

I haven't posted in a while due to the fact I have been relocating myself and my workspace as well as a few computer issues! Thought for this post I'd give you some information on a band I have discovered recently; I Fight Dragons! I came across them thanks to the We7 Radio App; going to get a review of that app up for you guys soon; I Fight Dragons use old Nintendo peripherals, such as the NES, SNES Controllers and even the Powerglove as MIDI controllers check this cool video of the set up here! It gets better their first album KABOOM! is up for a free download from their website here! Check it out they don't even ask for an email address! I don't know these guys at all and this isn't just me plugging their music it's a band I have developed a real liking for!

Hi Guys,

This is what I came up with here. I took it in a very simplistic level after looking at the picture we can all see it is a teddy, and it is sitting in the garden. The bear looked a little scruffy and the cross around it's neck and the fact the image was black and white made me take it into a kind of darker light. I aimed to contrast the fact it was an image of a children's toy with the darker elements of the image by crating a slightly dark track with a distorted music box melody, the use of a hard simple drum beat was simply a personal choice with no under lying meaning with in the image. I think it went well for a wee few hour challenge! Remember I am always taking on new projects just drop me an email.

Challenge!

Hi Guys,

Today I woke up and I have a day off so decided to set myself a challenge. Today I am going to create a 1 min piece of music to accompany a random picture I found on the internet and here is the image.

I found this picture Here! Taken by Jelle Druyts and it is called "I Take Comfort in Silence". All the more ironic I am creating some music inspired but it! If they would like me not to use it I would be happy to remove this! I have given myself 4 hours to have it uploaded let us see what I can come up with that brings me up to 4pm GMT!

Extending Don't Panic! Sound Effect.

Due to the recent boom in downloads of my project Don't Panic! Sound Effects, I have decided to revisit it but I need to know what you guys want in the future Sound effect packs! Hello Again Internet!

I have been away from this for a while, but I have come back to tell you guys about what I have been working on lately. I have just finished my current project Don't Panic! Sound Effects. Don't Panic! Sound Effects are a few packs of general sound effects in MP3 for you to use in your own projects! They are all under a creative Commons Licence and all I ask is for you to credit me, "Chas Scotland" In anything you use the sounds for!
